A new era

The capital city is opening up again and the public will be rediscovering Paris with new eyes; enthusiasts, amateurs and other creative talents will be thrilled by Paris Design Week 2021, which takes place from 9 to 18 September in more than 200 venues. For 10 days, 3,000 exhibitors and 80,000 professionals from 140 countries will come together to experience, feel, share, exchange and discover all the facets of creation in Paris. PDW is essential for all the French and international players in the world of home design to whom Paris offers the best in trends, innovations, decoration and design.

Paris and French design in turmoil

Meetings, discoveries and inaugurations will enliven Paris Design Week. A week-long event whose flavour will certainly be unprecedented, marked by effervescence, exaltation and joy; to share once again the passion for French creation. 8 thematic walks will punctuate these 10 days. 4 districts celebrate a plural approach to design with exhibitions, ephemeral installations and presentations of new products. Paris Design Week Factory will be present on the right bank. Reserved for young talent, this event aims to identify and support the signatures of tomorrow in their professionalization.

The Viaduc des Arts goes up in flames

Dan Yeffet, Julien Vermeulen, Hervé Ébéniste, Lilikpò, Aisthésis, Nicolas Marischael and many others will be presenting their latest creations, and this is an opportunity for the public to discover and rediscover the creative effervescence of the Viaduc des Arts. This is the time to stroll along the promenade, track down the innovations of the residents, share with them the secrets of their disciplines, be moved by the creativity of French know-how, and get excited when the workshops reopen.
