A showcase for craftsmanship, arts and crafts, and design in Paris, the artisans of the Viaduc des arts are opening the doors to their workshops for the 2026 European Days of Arts and Crafts, themed « Hearts at Work ».

Programme for the European Artistic Crafts Days 2026 at the Viaduc des arts

A day dedicated to the intergenerational bonds that underpin the passing on, sharing and introduction to traditions:
• meetings with craftspeople (demonstrations, exhibitions, workshops)
• tastings at food artisans’ stalls

With entertainment for young and old alike:
• artistic performance by Warren Podguszer @wawapod
• circus acts (stilt walking, juggling, acrobatics)
• a musical procession by the Carité de Guingamor
• face painters and a musical illustrator
• market gardeners and musicians in period costume

Meeting the artisans of the Viaduc des arts

This year, 11 artisans are opening their workshop doors to you for the European Artistic Crafts Days:

Tzuri Gueta (1 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• The textile designer and creator of haute couture jewellery and accessories inspired by the marine world welcomes you to his studio for a bespoke tour that will immerse you in his aquatic world.

Atelier du Temps Passé (3 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• Annette, founder of the Atelier du Temps Passé, and her entire team look forward to welcoming you for:
- a tour of the workshop, with presentations and demonstrations to learn more about the restoration of paintings and art objects
- engage in discussions and exchanges with restorers and heritage conservators
- visit a microscopy area to admire works of art up close
- find out about the certified vocational training programme (ATP) and meet their trainees and teaching staff.

• Nolwenn will show you, live from her stained-glass creation and restoration workshop, how to cut glass and set a stained-glass window.

Ateliers Chutes Libres (13 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• Watch the workshops in progress through the shop window, to ensure the safety of participants and the public. Opportunities to chat with the workshop leaders.

Confiture Parisienne (17 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• Presentation of the history of jam and the jam-making workshop where their products are crafted in the purest jam-making tradition, to which they add a touch of modernity to create original recipes, followed by a tasting of their artisanal jams.

Serge Amoruso (37 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• Master craftsman and specialist in bespoke luxury leather goods, Serge Amoruso, will introduce you to the materials and showcase his finest bags. There will be opportunities to chat with him, and he will screen a film showcasing his expertise as a leather craftsman.

• The latest arrivals at the Viaduc des Arts are opening their doors for a sneak preview, offering a tour of the workshop and discussions about their screen-printing work.

Laura Puntillo Bottière (67 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• Presentation of the various stages involved in bespoke women’s shoe-making: from taking measurements and shaping the lasts, to pattern-making and stitching, through to assembly and finishing. Each stage will be described by Laura and demonstrated to the public.

Un Jour dans le Temps (69 Avenue Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• The passionate duo: Emilie Monchovet, a self-taught costume designer for over twenty years, and Stéphane Casali, a photographer and visual artist trained at the École Louis Lumière, invite you behind the scenes of their studio. 
Embroidery demonstrations are scheduled for 11am, 2pm and 4pm, and you can also watch a costume photo shoot between 11am and 3pm.

The aim? To showcase the arts and crafts, champion traditional skills, and take the time to share – for them, this is a form of resistance against the fast pace of our world.

Hervé Ebéniste (117 Av. Daumesnil, Paris 12th arrondissement)
• Take part in a unique workshop where you can create a personalised wooden bookmark. Choose your favourite wood: Sycamore, Ash, Teak, Louro Faia, Pear, Spotted Makoré and many more. Then give free rein to your creativity and laser-engrave the first name or word of your choice.
